Do you have a retail location or sell in retail stores?

We only sell our products online, through our own e-commerce store and on the Amazon European marketplaces (UK, DE, FR, IT, and ES). This allows us to bypass the retail markup and offer our products at a more affordable price point.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day no hassle return policy. If you're not happy with our products, you can return them for a full refund. For a full description of our returns and exchanges policy, please visit the following link.

What are your shipping times?

All orders are shipped via an 8-12 day Economy Service. This service is tracked and all duties are paid. No duties will be collected from the customer.

Do you ship outside of the US, UK and European Union?

Unfortunately, we don't ship outside of the US, UK, and European Union at this time. However, some of our customers have successfully used 3rd party international forwarding services.
